The Leaders In Training Program (L.I.T.) is for campers entering 8th grade in the fall of 2023. Each session we take 15 campers to participate in this program.

The goal of the L.I.T. program is to develop leadership and problem solving skills as these campers are entering a critical age level.  Campers will be receive training in C.P.R. and First Aid, attend weekly leadership activities and participate with the No Limits and Out of Bounds on all Field Trips and special activities.  Many of these campers go on to earn full time jobs with KPC as they enter high school.

Three days a week, the LIT's will step in and assist with the campers in a supervised manner.  The L.I.T's will work with our  campers in all activities and will be supervised by the Team Leader throughout the interaction.

Sports & Fitness Activities Offered include Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Wall Climbing, Swimming, Capture the Flag, Flag Tag, Frisbee, Indoor Soccer, Touch Football, European Dodgeball, Running Bases, Softball, Wiffle Ball, Volleyball, Zumba, Zip lining and more!

IMPORTANT: All L.I.T's will be required to attend the Outdoor Training Session - Low Ropes Course in the Spring of 2022. *Based on CDC guidelines if available.
