Senior Camp Counselor - OPEN JANUARY 1, 2025 for APPLICATION
To supervise campers and group members, and assist in their positive growth during camp.

- Cognitive and communication abilities to plan and conduct diverse educational and recreational programs.
- Visual, physical, and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to camp activities and operations.
- Physical ability to navigate hilly terrain and respond appropriately to situations requiring First Aid.
Salary: $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience and education level
Hours: 35 - 40 hours a week
Camp Counselor - Open January 1, 2025 for APPLICATION
General Responsibilities:
To work in cooperation with the Senior Staff in playing with campers and assist in their positive growth during camp.

- Ability to communicate and implement programs to a wide range of participants with varying ages and skill levels.
- Enforce safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Implement techniques that promote growth and positive interactions among individuals and groups.
- Assist in planning diverse educational and recreational programs.
- Visual, physical, and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to camp activities and operations.
- Physical ability to navigate hilly terrain and respond appropriately to situations requiring First Aid.
Salary: $16 - $18 per hour depending on experience and education level
Hours: 35 - 38 hours a week
Counselor In Training (C.I.T.) - Invitations Sent January 5, 2025
To assist camp counselors for designated age groups with set up and implantation of key elements of the camp program.
- Minimum 14 years of age
- Entering Freshmen Year of High School

- Ability to assist in communicating and implementing programs to a wide range of participants with varying ages and skill levels.
- Implement techniques that promote growth and positive interactions among individuals and groups.
- Visual, physical, and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to camp activities and operations.
- Assist set up, implementation and tear down of camp events and activities including but not limited to: Cookouts, Games, Sports, Equipment, Crafts, and special activities.
- Take an active role. This means that counselors must participate in all the activities that the campers do. Counselors must swim, play games, make crafts, etc.
- All applicants must be available to work every week from Monday through Friday 9:00 - 3:30 p.m.
- Attend staff orientation and complete staff training.
- Attend Camper Open House.
- Be fair and impartial in working with the campers and other staff.
- Recognize and respond to opportunities for problem solving in the group.
Other duties may be assigned as needed by Camp Leadership.
Salary: No stipend for this position
Hours: 9:00 A.M. TO 3:15 P.M. Break at lunchtime
There are ONLY 6 positions per session.
