  KPC will continue to adhere to the best health and safety standards and from our local and national health departments and will adjust accordingly to the situation.

2025 Safety Measures

These Safety Measures will be flexible based on the status of Covid

Hand Cleaning

KPC will have hand washing stations positioned throughout camp and campers and staff will wash hands following group activities and eating.

Needless to say we wash hands after using the restroom:)

Sanitizing

KPC cleans all equipment at the beginning and end of the day as well after each rotation.  We use a hand held electrostatic cleaner.

NEIU Facilities cleans the bathrooms throughout the day

 

KPC understands that this is an ever changing situation and will continue to keep the KPC community updated of any changes in plans.

Non-refundable fee of $150 per session is used throughout the year for administrative and staffing related items and is not refundable regardless of cancellation. 

Registration is only complete when $150 per session non-refundable fee is paid on-line.  

KPC does honor the non-refundable fee for the next year as a reduction in program cost should it be cancelled and will come off as a $150 reduction in April of following year from camper registration fee.  Please note that to ALL families must pay the $150 non refundable fee per session to hold your campers spot.

 

If a refund is due, it will be distributed at the conclusion of  camp the week of August 16, 2025.
